Richard Bloomfield, CPA

Rich Bloomfield founded Bloomfield CFO in 2000 after 15 years as a CFO and six years with an international accounting firm. He has a Masters of Accountancy (Tax Emphasis) and graduated Magna cum Laude from Brigham Young University. He is a CPA and was a senior manager with a Big Five accounting firm. Rich has worked as a CEO, CFO, and COO and has broad based business experience. He is a frequent lecturer at dental conferences and training workshops and has significant experience planning and executing dental buyouts and transitions.
Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, 5 children and 11 grandchildren. He also enjoys running and runs 5K's and half marathons several times each year.

Emily Blackham, CPA

Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude with both a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Southern Utah University. During her studies, she completed an internship with the Director of Academic Budget and Support by delivering personalized budgetary and financial advice to each of the college deans. She also worked with the University Controller in updating their policies and procedures manual, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

After graduating with her Bachelors, Emily completed an internship with Ernst & Young and after receiving her Masters Degree, Emily worked for Deloitte as a Staff Auditor. Following the birth of her first child, she continued to work in the accounting field on a part-time basis providing accounting, tax and payroll services to local companies and her father’s business in Virginia. Emily has passed all sections of the CPA exam and is currently working toward completing her hours to receive her license. As a busy mom of four, she can often be found cheering on her boys at a track meet or soccer game. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, and playing board games with her family.

Cherise Hadley, CPA

Cherise Hadley graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Working full time at Deloitte in Boston for more than three years, Cherise served clients in the financial services, manufacturing, and retail industries. Cherise recently passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is in the process of applying for her license in Utah, where she currently lives. In her spare time, Cherise enjoys being with her husband and baby girl, traveling, and being outdoors.

Ashley Norman

Ashley graduated from Brigham Young University in December of 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. She worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the management program until she decided to return to school. Ashley is currently attending Southern Utah University to obtain a Master's degree in Accounting. She plans to graduate in early 2016 and begin preparing for the CPA exam. Ashley enjoys being outside, shopping, and spending time with her husband, Keyan.

Denise Prettyman

Denise graduated Suma Cum Laude from Southern Utah University, and earned both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting. After graduation she worked for a CPA firm in southern Utah where she discovered her love for tax preparation. Over the last 10 years while she has been raising her family, she has prepared taxes part-time for individuals and small businesses. She also provides accounting services for local small businesses and enjoys helping owners understand their businesses from a financial perspective.

Denise loves spending time with her family and watching her four children participate in sports, music and art events. She also enjoys being an active member of her church. When she has a spare hour she loves baking with her children, gardening, and do-it-yourself projects of all kinds.

Daniel Welch, CPA

Daniel is a licensed CPA in both Utah and Texas. He earned his Masters of Accountancy with an emphasis in tax from Brigham Young University. After graduating he worked for PwC in Texas as an international tax consultant, advising multinational corporations on how to restructure their international operations. Daniel also has experience providing tax planning and preparation services for small-business owners and entrepreneurs.

Daniel loves traveling to foreign countries – he has spent 7 years living overseas. He also enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and taking road trips with his family.

Mark Haynes

Mark in the second year of BYU's Masters of Accountancy program with an emphasis in tax, He has interned with AgriNorthwest doing a corporate accounting internship, He has interned and worked with a start up company named Hit and Run 5k doing bookkeeping and other general accounting functions. He has also interned with Moss Adams in Sacramento doing tax returns. He worked in their real estate and construction group predominantly on partnerships and individuals.

Brittany Feitz

Brittany graduated in April of 2017 from Brigham Young University with her bachelor's degree in accounting. While studying in school, she was an IRS-certified volunteer to provide income tax preparation assistance through VITA. In her free time, Brittany loves cooking, and going to arcades and demolition derbies with her husband and baby boy.

Natalie Bryce-Wilson, CPA

Natalie earned her Bachelor's in Accounting and Master's in Taxation from the University of Utah. She started her career with Ernst & Young LLP in Phoenix, AZ and then transferred back to Salt Lake City. After doing both tax and audit for a few years at E&Y, Natalie moved on to a regional CPA firm in the Salt Lake Valley. Three years later, and after obtaining her CPA license, Natalie decided to follow her entrepreneur drive and left the firm to serve as a consultant for a tax software company. She was a Subject Matter Expert in many areas of both business and individual taxes. It was during that time that Natalie started to offer business consulting, including payroll and bookkeeping, and tax preparation to medium to small business clients and individuals. She loves doing tax research and really enjoys working with clients from all professions.

Natalie loves spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys learning new things and is always up for a good challenge.

Skye Moench, CPA

Skye is a graduate of Brigham Young University where she earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and master's degree in taxation. Skye went on to earn her CPA license and worked at Ernst & Young (EY) for five years in the Salt Lake City business tax group. Since leaving EY, Skye has gained additional experience working on individual and small business tax compliance.

Skye is also a professional triathlete specializing in the half-Ironman distance. She keeps a demanding training schedule and travels all over the country (and sometimes world) to compete against the very best in the sport. Any spare energy Skye has is spent cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Shirlee Lybbert

Shirlee graduated from Brigham Young University's Masters of Accountancy Program with a Tax Emphasis. She worked full time as an auditor with Deloitte in Seattle, WA for over 4 years. While at Deloitte, Shirlee focused on internal controls and contract accounting in the manufacturing and aerospace industry. She then, worked as a financial accountant for TrueBlue, Inc., where she focused on accounting research, financial statement preparation and SEC reporting. Shirlee has passed all sections of the CPA exam and is currently working to receive her license.

As a mom of 2 daughters, family is very important to her. Shirlee enjoys spending time playing games and volunteering at her daughter's school. She also enjoys cooking, sewing, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
